Please accept my apologies for not addressing in Persian. Just started learning!
Would you be able to guide me to the institution/organisation/association that could give me an english document on how the salaries, wages, other related expenses, insurances and taxes are calculated within the Iranian law? I’ve been on this search for a month now and desperately looking for guidance.

Unfortunately, there is a few english source about Payroll laws in Iran which most of them are outdated. We strongly recommend to read this artcle.
